Does this darkness have a name?

This cruelty, this hatred, how did it find us?

Did it steal into our lives or did we seek it out and embrace it?

What happened to us that we now send our children into the world

Like we send young men to war, hoping for their safe return

But knowing that some would be lost along the way.

When did we lose our way?

Consumed by the shadows. Swallowed whole by the darkness.

Does this darkness have a name?

Is it your name?

There comes a time when every life goes off course.

In this desperate moment who will you be?

Will you let down your defenses and find solace in someone unexpected?

Will you reach out?

Will you face your greatest fears bravely or move forward with faith?

Or will you succumb to the darkness in your soul?

Sometimes pain becomes such a huge part of your life

You expect it to always be there

For you can't remember a time in your life when it wasn't.

But then one day you feel something else

Something that feels wrong, only because it's so unfamiliar.

And in that moment you realize…

You're HAPPY.

whee went to school today for our first day of learning journey.

met xian and took mrt then bus with her to school.

we were quite late when we reach school but who cares cos everybody else was late too xD

our class boarded this minibus and it was real cozy and nice lol. then arathi was forcing me to confess about monday lol. it's nothing lah lol, relax girl! (:

ISD was pretty cool. learnt so much more about stuff like spying, terrorism, communism etc. but the place was bloody cold lah everybody was freezing their asses off lol.

came back to school and had lunch at the canteen before going to the hall for the world bank talk. shrugs lah i totally wasnt listening to the talk and nate and i were just chatting throughout lol.

we had to walk to the bus stop outside school and nate arathi and i borrowed yunting's super gross pink umbrella lol. then we realised the backgate was opened. how smart of us to walk in the rain xD

now i am back home and SUPPOSED to be mugging but ended up blogging here lol. sian lah i really have no life now man, it's just going to school or training or mugging everyday. grahh.
